Kwik Floor Screed is a liquid screed installation business run by Tony Kilbane (registered business name No. 607682), based in Collooney, Co. Sligo, and serving Mayo, Sligo, Galway and Leitrim. 3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Phone and email enquiries: Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Records we must keep: Invoices and job records are kept to meet our legal obligations under Irish tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiries that do not go ahead are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. Customer records and invoices are kept for 6 years after the job, as required by Irish tax law. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Your cookie choice is remembered for 6 months.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services, which may process personal data:

• Hostinger: Website hosting. The server records technical details such as your IP address to keep the site secure.
